Shipping & Return Policies
We ship all chairs FREE to the Continental United States!
In addition, we have just partnered with a third party shipping company to service our Alaska/Hawaii and International customers.
Once you have created your Shopping Cart, choose the "In Alaska or Hawaii?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will then ship the goods to the third party company where they will process the order and transport the goods to your Alaska/Hawaii or International address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Despite our best efforts at inventory control, if your item is unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If new inventory is arriving imminently we will give you the option to maintain your order. We do not charge your credit card until your order ships.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can also always check on the status of your shipping progress.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via Fedex. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will be pleased to accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days after its receipt. Please contact us and we will provide you a return authorization. You will be responsible for returning the items to us within 30 days of receipt, at your cost, along with the original sales receipt. In addition, you will also be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. If there is evidence that you received a defective item that was damaged during shipping, we will send you free replacement parts so that your chair is in perfect condition. Orders outside the Continental U.S. will not be eligible for returns or replacement parts.
You will be eligible to receive free replacement parts for your chair, for up to 2 years after your purchase. If you contact us about a replacement part within 90 days of receiving your chair, we will also cover the shipping costs.
